Architecture Power of Attorney (P.O.A) application is part of the Architecture Digital Infrastructure suite of applications, tailored to health and social care.
Power of Attorneys, are able to register an account and be linked to individuals in which they have a legal responsibility and a duty of care to support.
This application can only be used by individuals who are registered on the Architecture Digital Infrastructure.
